Terms and conditions- PrintOnDirect

You can include many products in the same order - however, the cost of delivery and the administration cost is paid per article.

1. Time of delivery
Regular delivery time is 14 working days from the day you ordered or from the day the payment was received in the case with bank transfer. You can also use Express Delivery (7 working days). We then add an extra delivery cost.

2. Confirmation
When we have received your order we will send you a confirmation by e-mail with the order details. Please keep the details in case you need to contact Customer Service regarding your purchase.

3. Payment alternatives

  • When you have chosen "Pay" you are linked to Dibs's safe server. The amount is debited to your account.
  • Choose type of credit card, insert the number and expiration date and the CVC2/CVV2 code (a 3 digit number (the last three) on the reverse side of the card. With American Express you use the four numbers at the front of the card.
  • Dibs confirms the data and that there is money in the account.
  • The amount is debited to your account.
  • PrintonDirect has now agreed to deliver the ordered products to you.

4. Delivery and administration
A cost of delivery and administration is added per article. Your products are delivered directly to the address you specify. Large shipments need in some cases to be collected from the nearest Post Office.

5. Transport
If the goods are damaged or lost during transport, PrintonDirect assumes the responsibility. Please note that our Customer Service needs to be notified within 14 days from when you received the goods. If the goods are damaged or lost during the return you are responsible.

6. Disclaim
In case of damaged goods you need to contact Customer Service within 14 days of receiving the products. The damaged goods should be returned in their original package. Please specify the cause of returning the goods in the attached form!
Attention! Prior to returning any product, Customer Service needs to be contacted to give their approval and provide necessary documents.
The responsibility of damaged goods is limited to what is stated above.

7. Return of payment
The payment can only be returned to the same credit card that was used at the time of order. Any other options are not feasible. This is to protect the credit card holder from fraud.

9. Privacy
PrintonDirect recognises the importance of maintaining your privacy. We value your privacy and appreciate your trust in us. All information provided to PrintonDirect is strictly confidential and will only be used by PrintonDirect as decided by the customer. All information is securely stored behind firewalls and back-ups are made daily. The information will never be sold or given to anyone without your approval.
